We would like to welcome Dawn McElfresh to the Farnsworth Group. Her role as Qualitative Research Director will further showcase The Farnsworth Group’s dedication to INDUSTRY RESEARCH EXPERTISE as a core value set, and continues to provide our clients with leading Qualitative methods and techinques needed to improve product, brand and sales strategy.
Dawn's background includes 10 years in the building materials and home improvement industry by working on New Construction and Contractor efforts. She has extensive experience with Product Management, Channel Management, Market Research, Marketing and Business Development.
Dawn spent another 7 years in the CPG environment developing product from concept ideation through all phases of the stage gate process, to final launch to the market; utilizing research to impact product development and key decision making. Dawn and her teams developed products and brands for Armstrong Flooring, Bruce Hardwood, HomerWood Premium Hardwood Flooring, Newell Brands, Rubbermaid and Graco Children’s Products over the past 15 years.
Because of this product development, brand and market research experience, Dawn understands and values market research as a must-have for making smart decisions- impacting your company, your customer and your product portfolio for years to come.
In her spare time, Dawn loves all things outdoors (especially hiking with her dog), teaches yoga, enjoys developing her skills as a high-altitude (Colorado) gardener in her cedar raised beds and spending time with her family.
